DBT Skills Group and Therapy Groups for Adults

Adult DBT Skills Groups
We currently run three groups occurring Tuesdays 3-5pm (in person); Thursdays 3-5pm (virtual); and Thursdays 6-8pm (in person). These groups are adherent DBT Skills Groups based on Marsha Linehan’s DBT Skills Training curriculum. Admission to groups is open and participants will work with their individual therapist to determine a group start date. Admission to a group depends on attending weekly individual therapy with a DBT therapist who also offers 24-hour phone coaching and attends weekly DBT consultation meetings.

DBT Graduate Group
Wednesdays 12-1:30pm. 12-week curriculum. Can be a helpful step down following completion of a comprehensive DBT program. Allows for further review of supplemental DBT skills and applied practice and mastery toward mindfulness, acceptance, and relationship skills.
