No Surprises Act

By law, health care providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate upon request or at the time of scheduling healthcare services. This is an estimate of expected charges provided to individuals who are not enrolled in a health plan or who are not seeking to file a claim with their health plan. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.

Tiny Tree Counseling provides Good Faith Estimates upon request for clients paying out of pocket for therapy services, in accordance with the No Surprises Billing Act. If you plan to pay out of pocket, ask your therapist for a Good Faith Estimate prior to your first appointment or at any point during treatment.
